Cannabis Plant

Image 2 Cannabis Morphology

Welcome to the Captain Jack’s Cannabis Manual! In this first section we will be going over the anatomy and basics of the cannabis plant.

Refer to image 1 for a basic overview of the anatomy of an individual plant. While it seems like a lot of information, the main focus of the cannabis user is on the Flowers and the Trichomes.

Image 2 refers to the morphology and physical appearance of the 3 basic types of cannabis. These identifying characteristics won’t have much relevance for the consumer, but is important to understand the difference.

Cannabis vs. Hemp

As a cannabis store the majority of or products are sourced from cannabis however we do carry a selection of hemp sourced products. Generally people tend to go for hemp products because of the low THC content with high CDB content. Do note that while the amount of THC may be low enough to not affect an individual it can still show up on a drug test. Make sure to look at the individual batch lab testing to determine if the content meets the needs of the individual.

Hemp derived products in our store:

  • Hemp eaze
  • Hemp wraps from Mind your Head
  • Canniatric Bath Bombs
  • Charlottes Web
